worn bathroommanager lack of concern

the room required better upkeep the bathroom was worn. i requested a room change and it took considerable time and effort. i found a manager demonstrated a lack of concern initially regarding the issue with the clogged shower.

my room was a pyramid king it was spacious and well maintained the bed was very comfortable for a good night's sleep the bathroom had ample counter space. the hotel had multiple dining options on site , made it easy to grab a quick bite i found the staff to be helpful with directions and information about the city. i appreciated the easy access to other nearby resorts via the monorail system.

the in-room wifi was a bit slow at times i noticed
